Working Pattern
Permanent, 37.5 hours per week with a regular two‑week patternDay team operates 7 : 00–22 : 00 with a mix of early and late shiftsAlternative weekends and overtime regularly availableTypical Day

We are an independent social care provider specialising in supporting adults with a diagnosis of autism to live as independently as possible. We have supported people onto the next steps of their lives for over 10 years, operating in Northampton, Wellingborough, Rushden, and Towcester. This role will be primarily focused in the Wellingborough and Rushden areas.
