We are supporting a social housing provider in SE London with the recruitment of two Repairs Officers.

In this vital role, you'll deliver a high-quality repairs management service across our property portfolio, ensuring homes are safe, well maintained, and that residents receive an excellent service throughout their tenancy.

Key responsibilities include :

Receiving, raising and tracking residents' repair requests

Liaising with contractors, surveyors and colleagues to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard

Monitoring void works and ensuring properties are ready for re-let with all certificates in place

Updating and maintaining records and systems to meet KPIs and compliance standards
