  • Proactivelysourcingcandidatesthroughjobboards andreferrals
  • Meetingfacetofaceandovervideocallswithcandidates
  • Buildingandmaintainingrelationshipswithclientsandcandidates
  • Confidentlyhandlingcalls,emails,andmessagestokeepeveryoneupdated
  • Ensuringallcomplianceandregistrationdocumentsarecompleted
  • Advertisingvacancies
  • Manageapplications
  • Assistwithsocialmedia
  • Engaginginlight-hearted,competitiveofficeteamtaskscreatingafunbuthardworkingteamatmosphere(wetakefunseriously!)
  • Anyotherad-hocdutiesrequiredtosupportthesmoothrunningoftherecruitmentteam
