Responsibilities

• Work alongside and report to the Head and / or Sous Chef to achieve the highest standards of food production and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Oversee food safety and uphold health and safety compliance.
• Maintain high standards across all kitchen sections and ensure cleanliness in food preparation areas.
• Prepare and serve food to specification, supervise staff, manage stock, minimise waste, and contribute to departmental goals.
• Assist during busy periods and participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
