Pay : £12.86 – £13.50 per hour

The Role

As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you’ll be part of a team committed to creating safe, nurturing, and homely environments where young people can flourish.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Building trusting relationships through key working sessions and daily support.
• Supporting children to develop essential life skills, independence, and confidence.
• Supervising and facilitating family contact.
• Organising and participating in fun, engaging activities.
• Maintaining accurate records and attending meetings with professionals.
• Assisting with household routines to ensure homes remain welcoming and well-kept.
