• Provide targeted support to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs in a mainstream primary classroom, working closely with the class teacher to ensure each child feels valued and able to thrive.
• Support behaviour management, implement SEN strategies, and contribute to pastoral care as part of a holistic approach to pupil development.
• Be patient, empathetic, and proactive in creating a supportive learning environment.
