We're looking for a Technical Manager to join an exciting technical team at the heart of our product development and food safety standards. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all things technical, ensuring this company meet and exceed legal, customer, and business requirements. This client supplies major retailers, food service and B2B customers, so you will need a varied background.

What you'll be doing :

Leading on technical requirements, supporting the QA Manager and wider teams

Managing allergen, CCP and validation programmes, plus technical commissioning of new products and processes

Developing and maintaining our HACCP system, keeping us ahead of legislation and customer expectations

Coaching teams to make the right calls on food safety, quality, and integrity

Driving continuous improvement across audits, surveillance testing and quality systems

Leading technically driven projects from concept to completion with internal and external stakeholders
