💰 £50,000 – £65,000+ bonus (OTE up to £80,000)

Sentra Care is proud to be partnering exclusively with a fast-growing, nurse-led Complex Care provider in the South West. We’re hiring a Relationship Manager — the perfect next step for an experienced Case Manager ready to combine clinical expertise with service development and business growth.

This is a brand-new role created due to expansion, not a backfill. You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment, with the opportunity to shape how services are delivered and how professional relationships are built across the region.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and nurturing relationships with case managers, deputies, legal professionals, and healthcare specialists.
• Acting as a trusted advisor, understanding their challenges and how we can best support them.
• Representing the organisation at events, meetings, and networking opportunities — showcasing a nurse-led, values-driven approach.
• Playing a hands-on role in service design, ensuring care packages exceed expectations.
• Partnering with the leadership team to spot growth opportunities and support wider business transformation.
