Salary : £40,000 - £48,000 + £500 sign-on bonus after 3 months

Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 30pm (no weekends!)

Were now looking for a Senior Vehicle Technician - someone with strong technical ability who takes pride in doing the job right, and who enjoys helping others reach that same standard.

About the Role

This is more than just a technician job. As a Senior Vehicle Technician, youll be part of a forward-thinking and unified team where your role is both hands-on and people-focused :

Undertaking diagnostics, servicing and repairs to a high standard.

Leading by example - setting the tone with your quality of work and professionalism.

Supporting and coaching junior and mid-level technicians as part of your day-to-day work.

Sharing your knowledge in a structured way, not just informally and ad-hoc.

Maintaining your own performance and efficiency targets while contributing to the wider success of the team.

An experienced and professional Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent) who is looking for that step into a Senior Vehicle Technician role.
