Senior CDM Consultant

Role : Senior or Associate CDM Consultant / Principal Designer

Location : Central London offices (hybrid working environment 3 days in the office per week)

Salary : Up to £70,000 + attractive benefits package

We Recruit Group is excited to be partnering with a new client who is looking to grow its recently established CDM / PD department. The service has been up and running for just under a year and the team has ambitious plans to further grow and develop this new service.

Our client is one of the UKs largest independent property management and building consultancies. It has been established since the 1980s and boasts 11 offices across the UK and over 800 construction professionals. They are now looking to appoint an experienced and competent Senior or Associate level CDM Consultant / Principal Designer to their team in Central London (the team is currently made up of 2 people with a Partner leading the service).

The business oversees a range of projects across the built environment, predominantly commercial, residential, office, industrial, leisure, government, and public sector schemes throughout the country.
