Senior Compliance Manager – Challenger Bank

Hybrid : 2–3 days in London office

The Role

As Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact between the business and the second line of defence. You’ll be responsible for managing compliance risk, providing expert regulatory guidance and ensuring the bank remains compliant with all governing bodies.

You will be :

• Leading regulatory horizon scanning and assessing the impact of new requirements.
• Advising senior management on compliance risks, customer outcomes, and regulatory obligations.
• Preparing and coordinating responses to regulatory requests.
• Overseeing the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR) processes.
• Producing clear management information (MI) and regulatory briefings for committees and senior stakeholders.
• Embedding a strong compliance culture across the organisation.
