New Opportunity : Managing Associate – Financial Regulation (Payments) – London

A leading international law firm is seeking a Managing Associate to join its Financial Regulation team in London, focusing on the dynamic Payments sector. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse client base, including FinTechs, banks, and technology companies, advising on all aspects of payment services and the underlying infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Advise on regulatory aspects of payment services for both bank and non-bank PSPs and e-money issuers.
• Draft B2C and B2B agreements, assist with authorisation applications, and provide compliance support.
• Engage with clients on matters such as account-to-account payment solutions, issuer services, merchant acquiring services, open banking solutions, and digital currencies.
• Collaborate with the wider Financial Regulation team and support transactional teams as needed.
