Production operatives

As a Process Operative, you will be required to work as a member of a team of operatives (varying in size) reporting through a Team

Leader, to the Section Leader.

Effective liaison, team working and interaction with other operatives and supervisory staff is fundamental.

The job is performed mainly in a temperature controlled area and involves extensive periods of standing and repetitive movements.

Shift Patterns :

Day shifts : A and B Shift : 223 shift pattern 06 : 00-18 : 00, Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, Week 2 Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday.( Free transport from Lincoln . Sleaford, Grantham and Boston)Pay rate : £12.60-£12.78 per hour

Twilight shift : Monday to Friday, 18.00-02.00 ( Free transport from Lincoln and Boston) Pay rate : £13.10-£13.28 per hour

Open / Recruitment days every Thursday at 9am.

Inductions twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
