The Role

As the Site Supervisor, youll :

The Site Supervisor plays a key role in coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and resolving any on-site issues that may arise, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget

Oversee the delivery of retrofit energy efficiency upgrades works, ensuring that all activities are completed to the required standards of quality and compliance with safety regulations

Coordinate and manage the allocation of labour, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project delivery. Work closely with the planning and scheduling teams to optimize resource utilisation

Maintain regular communication with clients, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle

The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of retrofit energy efficiency upgrades works, directly influencing the companys operational efficiency and client satisfaction

You

To be successful in the role of Site Supervisor, youll bring :

NVQ L3 / 4 or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Site Supervision, or a related field

SSSTS Qualification

CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card

Gold / White

Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving license
