Job Title : Site Manager

Location : Stoke

Rate : £260-£280 per day

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to work on a high calibre fit out project in Stoke. Full refurbishment project including new walls, partitions and ceilings. Ventilation and a / c equipment, boiler and heaters, lighting and fire alarms. Upgrade of fire doors and compartmentations.

Key Responsibilities :

Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site

Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard

Managing snagging lists and quality control

Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times

Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management

Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completionRequirements :

Proven experience as a Site Manager on high calibre fit out projects.

Interiors and Fit Out experience for a Main contractor

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates

Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
