Weare recruiting for talented, ambitious and forward-thinking Architects / Senior

Architects to join our Design team in our Northern regional office in

Warrington.

We

believe that great design is the foundation of what we do – as one of our

Architects / Senior Architects you will use your creative skills to produce high

quality architecture to maximise development potential.

You

will be involved in scheme designs from feasibility study through to planning

permission and beyond, putting forward passionately created ideas to create

beautiful places for people to live.

It’s the attention to detail that makes the difference, and as one of our Architects / Senior Architects you’ll have your work seen and admired by many

You’ll be working in a busy and exciting commercial environment with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy, and you’ll have the satisfaction of a number of your designs being built each year. You’ll play a key part in the development process, working closely with our in-house land, planning, technical, surveying, construction and sales teams; you’ll also get to see customers enjoy the spaces you designed, as their new homes.

About you

​ You

will be passionate about architectural design, and up to date in all aspects of

architectural planning and building / construction regulations and registered

with ARB.

You will have a good eye for great design and can see ways to overcome potential challenges. After all, great design is the foundation of what we do.

You will be highly organised, flexible & can manage multiple projects

simultaneously.
