Overview : A banking client seeks a talented and motivated individual to oversee business controls across the organisation, and to perform a regular Quality Assurance checking program, ensuring compliance and risk awareness is promoted throughout. You will identify and implement process improvements such as Straight Through Processing to enhance efficiency and embedded controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business controls across the organisation and maintain a regular QA checking program to ensure compliance and risk awareness.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements (e.g., Straight Through Processing) to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen embedded controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure controls are embedded in operational workflows.
• Contribute to a supportive, high‑performing team environment in a newly created role.

Salary & Location

Salary : Up to £70,000 + bonus + package

Location : London (good work from home options available)
