A2B Social Care have a superb opportunity for an experienced Registered Children's Manager provide care & support in a 3 bed EBD home based in Nuneaton, this is an established home with 1 child in place, the home has also had a recent inspection and has achieved a GOOD in all areas.

We are open to Deputy Managers looking to step up, with a strong team in place.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a Childrens Home, adhering to the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted regulatory framework
• Ensure personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the child
• Supervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governance
• Manage recruitment, staff training, and development
• Achieve and maintain a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted
