Architectural Technologist Job in Durham, County Durham
joining an established practice with a seriously strong pipeline of projects, from heritage to healthcare, residential to education – and everything in between. This role offers up to £45,000 and flexible working.
This company was established over 45 years ago with a large portion of their work coming through from repeat business. This role will be working alongside the building surveying and interior design teams from concept to completion of projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce detailed technical drawings and manage project documentation
- Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and clients
- Conduct site meetings and resolve any on-site issues
- Work on a diverse range of projects, including listed buildings and new build projects across a range of sectors.
