Machine Operator

We are recruiting for a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy production environment with consistent hours and long-term prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Carry out basic machine setup, adjustments, and quality checks.

Inspect finished parts against specifications, maintaining high standards.

Follow all health & safety procedures and keep the work area organised.

Report any issues and support continuous improvement activities.Skills & Experience

Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred, but full training will be provided.

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to follow instructions and work to production schedules.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.Pay & Hours

£13.08 per hour

Two shifts on rotation : 1st shift – Monday – Friday 7am until 2.30pm and 2nd shift – Monday – Thursday 2pm till 10pm and Friday 2pm till 7.30pm
