Job descriptionSalary : £16.22 per hour (£19,028 pro rata FTE £31,714) Location : Lovat Fields Village, Willen, Milton Keynes, MK15 9ED Manage a team of Care Assistants ensuring correct procedures are followed, and conduct their Annual Development and Interim Reviews
