Head Chef, TQ7 Kingsbridge, £32k + accommodation
This beautiful, village pub, based in the stunning South Devon countryside, offers traditional pub menu alongside a traditional Sunday roast and chef specials. With the aim to be the hub of the village community, there is opportunity for the local produce to be showcased in the menu and promote local ingredients.
As the Head Chef, you will be
- Responsible for the running of the kitchen
- Creating seasonal menus showcasing local produce
- Managing the kitchen team
- Managing stock, stock rotation, wastage and all food costs
- Working alongside the GM and involved in driving the business forward
