Responsibilities

• Providing targeted support to pupils to improve behaviour, engagement, and social-emotional development
• Working closely with teachers and support staff to implement effective behaviour strategies
• Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering respect, resilience, and responsibility among pupils
• Assisting in creating an inclusive, safe, and stimulating learning environment
• Monitoring pupil progress, maintaining records, and liaising with parents / carers when required
