Our client is a Multi-disciplined construction company based in Liverpool. They specialise in a number of different sectors across the Country.

Within their Social Housing sector, they are looking for plasterers / Multi Skilled Operatives to complete disrepair works on properties located in the Manchester area. Operatives need to have worked with damp and mould; duties will predominately be removing old plaster, installing DPC (tanking system), boarding and plastering walls and ceilings.

Job role

Carry out Plastering work as well as other trades on tenanted properties

Work a 39 hour week

To be considered for the role

An NVQ or equivalent in Plastering

Have a CSCS card

Own transport and tools

MUST BE WILLING TO CARRY OUT THREE COURSES BEFORE START DATE. (SMALL FEE TO BE PAID BUT YOU KEEP THE COURSES)
