The Product Owner acts as the linchpin between innovation, development, and commercial teams—owning the product roadmap, championing user needs, and driving adoption across the business. The Product Owner also communicates a compelling product vision that connects strategy, purpose and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Ownership & Agile Delivery : Act as Product Owner in agile teams, driving MVPs, pilots, and iterative delivery. Shape the what, empower the team with the how.
- Innovation & Commercialisation : Turn early ideas into scalable solutions. Balance short-term delivery with long-term transformation, shaping strategy and business growth.
- Client Engagement & Piloting : Lead client pilots (Alpha / Beta), gather feedback, refine product fit, and test both outcomes and workflows for real-world use.
- Strategic Planning & Roadmapping : Own the product vision, track KPIs, and adapt to market needs while keeping the long-term north star in focus.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work across dev, marketing, and commercial teams to build trust, shared ownership, and smooth product adoption.
