Rental Support Agent

A vacancy has arisen for a Rental Support Agent within a leading provider of corporate vehicle rentals in the UK.

The principle purpose of the Rental Support Agent role is to liaise with customers and suppliers by a number of methods (telephone, fax live chat and email) top provide timely vehicle-rental solutions, effectively meeting the needs of the customer or company.

The role of the Rental Support Agent involves :

Ensure customer calls are dealt with efficiently and effectively, providing excellent customer service

Quickly build rapport with all new and existing customers / suppliers to retain effective relationships

Complete all related administration duties

Processing customers’ rental agreements

Support and assist colleagues

Liaise and negotiate with external suppliers when necessary

The Rental Support Agent position will suit a person with Skills :
