Role & Responsibilities : Maintenance Deputy Shift Manager

• To support the shift manager in leading the shift team
• To lead and support a maintenanceteam (electrical / mechanical)
• To support, as required, scheduled repairs according to the manufacturer's recommendations
• Diagnosis of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / PLC / PC faults
• Where required support prioritise system faults
• To accurately record all work undertaken
• Continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities
• Adherence to the Quality processes and procedures
• Demonstrate strong communication skills with 3rd third-party client or a direct client.
