Operations Managers are people-focused and have accountability in leading and operating a successful DL Club, providing our members with an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.

You will regularly act as Duty Manager and, alongside your team, ensure health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to, maximising member experience.
