Just finished university and thinking about a career in education? GSL Education are recruiting Graduate Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Middlesbrough . This is a fantastic way to gain hands-on classroom experience while earning and building your confidence in schools.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Graduate Cover Supervisor :

• Supervising classes when teachers are absent
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans (no planning required!)
• Keeping students engaged and focused during lessons
• Managing classroom behaviour in a supportive way
• Helping students with their learning and wellbeing
• Sharing feedback with teachers after lessons
