Health & Safety Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health and Safety Manager to join a leading Tier 1 fit-out and refurbishment contractor, renowned for delivering high-profile commercial office projects ranging from £1M to £20M.

About the Role : Health & Safety Manager

You'll play a key role in ensuring health and safety compliance across complex CAT A, CAT B fit-out, and cut & carve refurbishment projects. Working closely with site teams and project managers, you'll help uphold and continuously improve a strong safety culture across active construction sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and drive health and safety standards across multiple live project sites
• Lead site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Deliver training and toolbox talks to site teams and subcontractors
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients to promote a safety-first approach
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions
