The purpose of this role is to support client teams and their clients providing operational support of one or more elements of the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, as well as campaign coordination, budget maintenance, reporting, and audit.

Job Description :

As a Resource Management Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our Operations Centre of Excellence at Dentsu, supporting our organisational transformation efforts by optimising the deployment of our most valuable asset : our people. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain valuable insights and contribute to the evolution of our Resource Management COE.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you'llassist in managing supply and demand across various areas within our organisation. Collaborating closely with different departments, you'll help ensure timely staffing of teams and uphold excellence in client delivery. Your responsibilities will include updating schedules to reflect workload demands, supporting the identification of internal talent development opportunities, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to assess skills and availability.

The Difference You Will Make

Support the review of capacity across different areas and assist in reallocating resources to meet utilisation targets.

Assist in managing resource requests, validating requirements, and presenting suitable candidates for consideration.

Help in planning assignments and extensions based on capacity and demand needs, aligning opportunities with the skills and aspirations of our team members.Maintain accurate administrative records and system updates related to supply and demand, assisting in forecasting upcoming demand and resource needs.

Collaborate with team members to implement continuous improvement initiatives in resource management and talent development.

What You Will Bring

Experience in a related field is preferred.

Basic understanding of resource management principles and processes.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
