Senior Design Engineer, Plymouth. Commutable from : Tavistock, Ivybridge, Saltash, Yelverton. Up to £53,000 per annum + Bonus + Early Finish on Friday + Pension + Extra Benefits. An excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in mechanical systems design to join a market-leading, international company. The company is a well-established, highly revered manufacturing organisation in the Plymouth area with sites across the world, known for the quality of their products and for being a leading, progressive employer. Due to growth, they are seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join the team.

The Role

• Responsible for the end-to-end development of mechanical and sheet metal products, ensuring structural integrity, manufacturability, and compliance with industry and customer standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and directly with customers to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions.
• Working hours : Monday – Friday 8 : 00am – 4 : 30pm, 3 : 30pm finish on Fridays
