Location : Chesterfield

Pay : £96-£104 per day

Type : Full time, long term with possibility to become permanent

About the Role : As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and learning of young children with special needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

• Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson planning and preparation
• Providing individual and group support to children
• Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Helping with the assessment and monitoring of children's progress
• Encouraging positive social interactions and emotional development
