Interim Registered Manager – Elderly Nursing Home

Location : Buckinghamshire

Contract : 3-Month Interim

Rate : Competitive

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Interim Registered Manager to provide leadership and continuity at an elderly nursing home in Buckinghamshire while they recruit a permanent Home Manager.

This is a vital short-term role for someone who can hit the ground running, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team morale during a transitional period. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, support staff, liaise with families and external stakeholders, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for residents.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Lead and manage the home in accordance with CQC standards

Provide stability and guidance to the care team

Ensure clinical excellence and person-centred care

Maintain robust safeguarding and governance procedures

Support the recruitment and onboarding of the permanent manager

What we are looking for :

• Proven experience managing elderly care or nursing homes

Strong leadership and communication skills

Immediate availability for a 3-month contract

A calm, confident presence during times of change
