Reeson Education are looking for a committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive primary school in Southfields from November 2025. This is a rewarding role working 1 : 1 with a Year 1 pupil with Autism (ASD), supporting both academic and social development.

The Role :

Providing 1 : 1 SEN support to a child in Year 1 with Autism

Supporting learning, communication and behaviour strategies

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement plans

Encouraging confidence, independence and social interaction

Ensuring the child is supported in a safe and inclusive environment

Requirements :

At least 6 months' experience supporting children with SEN (Autism desirable)

Strong behaviour management and communication skills

Reliable, patient and committed to long-term support

Available to work full time for the remainder of the academic year

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
