With an annual salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000, this Operations Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a dedicated team. As an Operations Manager, you will :

• Deliver safe, quality-driven, and person-centred services across domiciliary or complex care packages
• Provide effective leadership and foster the development of the Community Care Lead Team
• Collaborate with the wider operations team to ensure effective staffing and service delivery
• Lead the mobilisation process for care packages across your region
• Manage financial performance, budgets, and risk across your territory
