The role
Offeringup to £35,000per annum dependent on experience.
We have a superb opportunity for a talented Chef with exceptional culinary skills to lead the restaurant team. You will be experienced with an emphasis on serving fresh quality food . You will be highly organised, energetic and forward thinking with a passion to lead, motivate and develop the team.
Working closely with the Executive chef you will head up a small team to deliver a Grill and a la carte menu, using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce. Great opportunity for a first head chef role, or someone looking for a more structured environment with the opportunity for support and development within the company.
