Location : Royal Mail Farringdon 185 Farringdon Road, London EC1 1AA. x3 days a week in office.

Role Summary

As Platform Director - Web & App, you will own the full lifecycle of our digital platforms, from strategy through to delivery. You will lead the development of scalable, secure, and modern solutions that ensure consistency and simplicity across our web and app experiences.

You will help define how our customers experience our services online, from logging in and tracking orders to accessing lockers and support. Your leadership will ensure our platforms are not only functional, but also engaging, intuitive, and future-ready.
