Overview

Graduate Commercial Analyst (Procurement & Supply Chain) 2-Year Programme

Location : Stoke-on-Trent

Salary : £26,000

Hours : Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm, Fri 7am-3pm

Kickstart your career in commercial management! We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Commercial Analyst to join our structured 2-year programme , designed to give you hands-on experience across procurement, supply chain, logistics, and supplier management.

You'll gain real responsibility from day one, with mentoring and clear development pathways to set you up for a long-term career in commercial operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the Buyer & Procurement Administrator with day-to-day tasks
Rotating across Purchasing, Subcontractor Management, Logistics & Supplier Relationships
Learning about sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management
Understanding project flow from order to delivery
Developing knowledge of UK & international logistics, import / export & incoterms

What We're Looking For

A recent graduate in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Finance or related field

Strong analytical & numerical skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

A proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
