Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of costs relating to PI and Clinical Negligence matters.
• Review inter partes disputes, negotiate settlement and prepare cases for summary and detailed assessment within a fixed costs caseload.
• Work closely with the partner in charge, managing your own caseload of files using a case management system.
