The Role

Were looking for a Product Compliance Manager to join Lindy Electronics Ltd, based at our Thornaby head office. In this pivotal role, youll ensure our IT and AV product ranges comply with international regulations while embedding eco-friendly and circular economy principles across the product lifecycle.

Youll work closely with colleagues in Product Management, Technical, QC, Sales, Marketing and our global suppliers to make sure compliance is never an afterthought but built into everything we do. This is a role where youll combine technical expertise with collaboration, helping us deliver safe, lawful, and future-ready products.

What youll be doing

• Managing global product compliance (REACH, RoHS, CE / UKCA, FCC, CP65, TSCA, PFAS, and others).
• Maintaining accurate compliance records, including REACH Docstore and SCIP database.
• Supporting sustainability initiatives, including packaging, batteries, ESPR and circular economy regulations.
• Embedding compliance into new product introductions (NPI) from the start.
• Producing compliance documentation (CE, UKCA, manuals, declarations).
