Job Title : Master Technician
Location : Huntingdon
Hours : Mon to Fri 08 : 00-18 : 00 with 1 in 3 Saturdays
Salary : £45,000 with ote upto £65,000
Are you a highly skilled technician ready to take the lead in a dynamic and forward-thinking workshop? We are looking for a Qualified Master Technician to join our clients Aftersales Team and help drive excellence in service and repair.
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring the Workshop Team, offering technical guidance and support.
- Advising on work priorities and promoting efficient, high-quality practices.
- Becoming a subject matter expert in your area through effective use of tools and resources.
- Driving a culture of quality and first-time fixes
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with quality standards.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
