Are you looking for a rewarding challenge? Rendall & Rittner, an acclaimed Residential Leasehold Property Management company, is on the lookout for a Concierge. This is an incredible career opportunity with a fantastic package.

Position : Day Concierge

Location : Stratford Plaza (E15)

Working Hours : 4 days on, 4 days off 0700-1900

Salary : £27,000-£28,000 per annum

Contract : A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details

This role will be based at a residential development located in Stratford. This development consists of 200 apartments, includes a residents roof terrace and is located close to Stratford International Station and Westfield shopping centre.

As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will :

Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
