Job descriptionCarry out advanced diagnostic and technical work across a wide variety of makes and models Identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently Mentor and support junior technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise Complete repair and maintenance tasks to the highest standards of safety and quality Liaise with service advisors and, where necessary, explain diagnostic findings to customers Proven experience as a Diagnostic or Master Technician (JLR experience highly preferable) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills, both with colleagues and customers Full UK driving licence

A highly reputable independent garage in Farnham is seeking an experienced Senior Diagnostic / Master Technician to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, well-equipped workshop that values quality workmanship, a positive culture, and a healthy work-life balance.
