You'll oversee transactions, maintain strong links with referrers, and ensure the team delivers excellent client care using modern systems and a supportive approach.

Your day-to-day will include :

• Managing a team handling residential conveyancing from instruction to completion
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with local estate agents and other referrers of work
• Overseeing workloads and performance to meet financial targets while maintaining quality
• Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
