As we continue to grow, we’re on the hunt for an experienced professional in Treasury Risks and Controls to join our Risk and Controls team in Finance. Your work will be instrumental in strengthening our internal control environment, monitoring and reporting, and helping the business achieve its mission. This role provides an excellent platform for someone looking to step into the Treasury Function of a Fintech and deep dive into the inner workings of a company that has taken the financial services industry by storm.

Your Mission

Co-lead the project to build end-to-end views of our control environment to illustrate key risks, controls and processes that impact group Treasury Functions.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the project to build end to end views of our control environment to illustrate key risks, controls and processes that impact group Treasury Functions.
• Understand and guide the teams on implementation of the requirements as per the US SOX and other relevant local regulations.
• Assist in building a testing programme to independently assess controls to identify gaps and implement remediation plans.
• Effectively support and challenge the Treasury teams on their journey to evolve and mature our risk and control environment.
• Partner with both finance and non-finance teams as needed to address risks and controls related to Treasury.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including finance teams, Risk and Internal Audit, to establish standards, policies, and develop KRIs for measuring and monitoring risks on a continuous basis.
