My client is an independent, multi-branch dynamic and forward-thinking Estate Agency who have built up a great reputation in the area. Due to their ongoing growth, they are looking for a great sales person to join their team. Responsibilities
- As a Business Development Consultant you will be a friendly and knowledgeable contact for our clients and also prospective clients where you will be generating new business, answering enquiries, booking viewings and valuations.
- Engage Prospective Clients : Proactively reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and explain the value of their estate agency services.
- Answering Incoming Enquiries : Respond promptly and professionally to incoming phone calls, emails, and web enquiries.
- Booking Valuations and Viewings : Schedule property valuations and organize viewings to match client preferences while ensuring all appointments run smoothly.
- Assist Walk-in Customers : Greet and assist customers visiting our office, offering expert guidance tailored to their needs.
- Sell Estate Agency Services : Articulate the unique benefits of services with confidence, securing new business and converting leads into clients.
- Market Awareness : Keep up-to-date with local property trends, market insights, and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- Client-Centered Approach : Deliver exceptional client experiences by maintaining transparency, building trust, and ensuring each prospective client feels valued.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales (property industry experience preferred but not essential).Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse clients.Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Tech-savvy.A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or surpassing targets.Working Hours - Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm and alternate Saturdays 9am - 5pm with a day off in lieu
