About the Role :

We’re seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Liverpool office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in a 360 recruitment role, who is passionate about sales and delivering results.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Managing the full 360 recruitment process : business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and placement

Working to and exceeding sales targets in a competitive, rewarding environment

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates

Proactively identifying new business opportunities and growing your desk

Delivering consistently high levels of service and results

Strong business development and client management skills

Full UK driving licence (essential)
