Job Description
I am partnering with a midsize Pharmaceutical client who are looking for HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research) Manager to work on a fixed term contract for a period of 7 months .
My client are looking for a people and team orientated HEOR manager who enjoys managing and developing people who has experience of Nice Submissions . In this role you will ensure evidence requirements are integrated into clinical plans and product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, develop HEOR strategies, generating impactful value demonstrations for compounds . You will represent HEOR internally and externally, driving vision and leadership, and shaping the HEOR / HTA landscape, and will collaborate with various departments to maximize value propositions, translate technical evidence for decision-makers, create partnerships, and manage resources to address disease area priorities
Hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office
Core Responsibilities
Develop HTA strategies aligned with brand plans, create outcomes research plans with strategic imperatives, and identify research priorities to address evidence gaps.
Oversee the generation of evidence through various methods, including clinical trials, observational studies, systematic literature reviews, and health economic modelling.
Lead and manage the development and submission of evidence dossiers to key stakeholders and regulatory bodies like the UK's NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence).
Matrix-lead and support multi-disciplinary research teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage consultations and communicate evidence to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring UK needs are understood and prioritized globally.
Provide technical expertise in areas such as economic modelling, real-world data, and outcomes research methods.
Key Skills & Expertise
Deep understanding of economic principles, health technology assessment (HTA), and economic modelling techniques.
Proficiency in designing and conducting research, including systematic reviews, real-world evidence, and statistical analysis.
Ability to manage multiple competing projects, scope, timelines, and budgets.
Strong skills in synthesizing complex data into clear value messages and communicating findings to diverse stakeholders.
Ability to anticipate future needs, identify research gaps, and develop innovative solutions and tactic
