Role Overview :

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bricklaying Tutor to deliver high-quality vocational training within a secure prison environment. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference , supporting learners to gain valuable practical skills and improve their employment prospects upon release.

You will deliver engaging, hands-on bricklaying lessons to small groups of learners, while also embedding employability skills, digital literacy, and literacy development into your sessions. A key part of the role will include ensuring the safe and secure management of all tools and equipment in line with strict prison safety protocols.

This position is ideal for a skilled bricklaying professional who is passionate about teaching, inspiring others , and supporting learners with diverse and often challenging needs.
